The shape, appearance and health of your breasts can be altered by daily habits. Research by Jonette Keri, a dermatologist at the University of Miami, states that chronic smoking decreases the amount of oxygen and nutrients that reach the skin, accelerating the cell death process that results in flaccidity and stretch marks in the chest.
For some girls, caring for their breasts is limited to wearing lingerie, but there are other ways to give them the attention they deserve.
Regular massage of your breasts while bathing or changing helps activate lymphatic flow and circulation in the breast tissue. You should start with a smooth movement in the armpit and go towards the breasts. Finish by gently pressing on the nipple.
2. Maintain a healthy weight
Overweight and obese women have twice the risk of developing breast cancer compared to those who maintain a healthy and stable weight.
If you are already at an ideal weight, only add foods rich in antioxidants and vitamin E to your diet, for example, orange, strawberry and green vegetables such as spinach.
3. Practice a little exercise
Exercising regularly helps prevent the lymphatic system from becoming blocked and lowers the risk of cancer by 20 to 80 percent.
Moderate weight lifting, pilates, and swimming will help keep your muscles firm, including those of your breasts.
4. Avoid alcohol
Alcohol dries your skin, especially when consumed in excess, making your breasts prone to stretch marks.
5. Drink as much water as you can
It is vital that you constantly hydrate yourself, drink at least two liters of natural water. Remember that tea or coffee do not enter as part of the consumption of liquids necessary for your body.
6. Take care of your posture
It is essential for your bust to remain firm and beautiful, so keep your back always straight.
7. Sleep comfortably
Sleep in a position where your bust is not compressed. Perhaps the best posture is to the side.
8. Avoid the rays of the sun
Apply a sunscreen daily; the skin of the bust is extremely sensitive.
9. Select the correct garment
Choose a bra appropriate to the shape of your body and type of activity you do. Remember that the letter refers to the size of your breasts and the number to the back.
10. Pamper yourself in the shower
Tone your bust with cold water showers, avoid hot water which weakens the tissues of this area of the body.
