I introduced the keto diet in my life, it has been very difficult because when I relapse into poor nutrition I can fool myself for weeks or months, saying that I then take my care back. My wife has helped me exercise and even run marathons. I am motivated and try to be consistent.

I finally have a neck! After three years struggling with my weight I can say that I am 23 kilos lighter. The first year consisted of cardio and swimming like crazy. I stopped eating donuts every day. My asthma improved and I no longer feel uncomfortable with myself. How good it feels to reach a goal!
