Here we leave you five delicious ways for you to prepare ice pops with a “picket” and you won’t melt in the face of high temperatures. You will love it!

1. Pina colada with a touch of lemon

Pineapple and lemon popsicle with alcohol


  • 240 ml of white rum
  • 1/2 ripe pineapple without peel
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 spoons of sugar


  • Cut the pineapple into cubes.
  • Incorporate all the ingredients in a blender (except the sliced ​​lemon and the mint leaves).
  • Blend until everything is completely integrated.
  • Serve in the containers and add mint leaves and a lemon slice to decorate.
  • Freeze for four hours.

2. Coffee liquor palette

  • 75 ml of grenadine

  • Grind the strawberries in the blender.

  • 2 cups of watermelon
    2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    120 ml of vodka
    10 fresh mint leaves
    2 cups of mineral water


  • Puree the watermelon in a blender.
  • Add the lemon, sugar, fresh mint and vodka.
  • Blend again.
  • Distribute the mixture in the containers.
  • Decorate with mint leaves and put them in the freezer for four hours.
