Are you looking for the Cream in strawberry tiramisu? Do like the Italians and better leave them out! Cream makes the tiramisu faster liquid as soon as it is no longer in the refrigerator.
Mix together the yogurt, mascarpone, lemon juice and sugar. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut in half.
Place half of the ladyfingers in the baking dish and drizzle 100 ml of orange juice over them. Spread about 1/3 of the cream on top, cover with strawberry slices and again spread about 1/3 of the cream on top. Place the remaining ladyfingers on top, drizzle with orange juice and spread the rest of the cream on. Chill for at least 4 hours.
Halve the remaining strawberries. Dust the tiramisu with cocoa and top with strawberries.
